Hi,

I just compared this file and the original file of Hero style 4 but I don't see much difference. This file has change in https and remove the autoplay param of video only, there is nothing related to the local video.

Again, pls try with youtube or vimeo video.

For a suggestion : If you only want to use the video from local server and do not want any kind of heading over it
You can use custom html module and load the video code in it as suggested here
