All Steps Appearing on One Page

I just updated one of my websites and ALL of the form steps are showing up on one page - it's a complete mess!

I'm not sure what's different from the three sites I updated last week (I added the JS patch to fix the Internet Explorer problem).

I don't know what might be different about this website that is causing it to act like this.

Update: The three sites I updated last week were to DT Register 4.2.2. They are NOT having this problem.

The site above and one other were updated to 4.2.3 - THIS is the version that seems to introduce the problem described above. Tested in Internet Explorer, Edge, and Chrome.

I think I can update sites to 4.2.2 with the IE JS patch. Is there any chance that I can install 4.2.2 over 4.2.3 to get this to work on the site above and the other site? They're effectively "down" with this issue.

I downloaded the files and jotted down the locations to apply to another website as well. It seems to be working.
