SIMPLI WON'T LOAD?

New to Joomla (WordPress refugee...!) & want to use the SIMPLI template.

Followed the instructions to the letter but get pink error message on Joomla admin but no idea what it could be.

What am I doing wrong?

That's right.......I downloaded the zip file from Joomlart (ja-simpli) & followed the instructions to load it onto Joomla but it doesn't load.......that's why I wonder what I've done wrong?

Tried it several times and still no luck.....

Although I didn't load the zip folder via FTP, just took a look there & the folder is there in the temp file....?

Nothing can be installed on your website, i tried also to install modules or plugins but it doesn't load correctly and totally zip files, this is your server issue, i tested to install latest simpli template zip file on my local and i had no issues, try to ask your hosting provider why you cannot upload files on your server.
