Hello, I would like all my menus to appear the same appearance of the site as my homepage.
For example when we are on the home page, I have my header and my footer with a style and a color, when I go on the menu "who are we" my header and my footer are different

To have all pages the same settings you should edit your menu items at the same way, your home menu item is type 'Special page: Blank Content' and it is showing modules assigned to the home-gym layout positions, while your "who are we" menu item is single article menu type, so change it to special page blank content and assign needed modules in respective positions available.
