Gazetta template - JA extension manager says all files have been modified?

Hello

I'm doing some upgrades on a test site before doing the same upgrades on the live site.

I have installed JA extension manager to hopefully make future upgrades easier.

I have JB Gazetta template on this site, current version 1.01 and was cheking the file comparison before doing the upgrade.

But this comparison tells me that almost all files have been modified by user?
The only modification I remember I have done, is in the template control panel.

Can this be because I moved to another host recently because I have not made changes to all the files for the template.

Ja extension manager should be used only with joomlart extensions and not with joomlabamboo products, so what you are seeing is not true.
