Turn off caching, clear cache and turn on error reporting so you can see what the issue is.
System => Global Configuration => System Tab => Cache Settings
Set System Cache = Off (Disable caching)
System => Clear Cache => Delete All
System => Global Configuration => Server Tab => Server Settings
Set Display Errors = Maximum.
If that doesn't tell you enough
Global Configuration => System Tab => Debug Settings
Set Debug System = Yes
