I Found out the main issue. I have to use the mapping for core joomla. Then the fields are filled. Except for "lastname", and for an extra field i have created "date of birth". I'm using the Joomla plugin "user profile" because i need date of birth. Any idea why these two fields remain empty?

Try going to configuration of DT Register component and set "User Profile Integration" to No and check again.
