mod_news_pro_gk5 updating new k2 article with delay time

hi..
on home page i have 5 module of mod_news_pro_gk5 sport,kultur,politik end 2 other in this module i get k2 categories article of latest by date but when i create new article on that categories, it updating after 2-3 hours and some time not. Also i change time offset but it not working for me..

stadtreporter Hi. This is a known issue. It happens if database time and server time are different. We have implemented an option in News Show GK5 settings called "Time offset" You can reduce the time difference using it.

stadtreporter Hi. Have You tried different values. Also negative values. You may try to set server and database time to be same as well.

Are You using some kind of cache? Cloud cache? Server side cache? It may also affect how it is being displayed.

stadtreporter Hi. I cannot access Your admin panelbecause of firewall. Can You please unblock country IP blocking for Poland and Germany (not sure which IP I'm using currently). Also it looks like the firewall is from server, so You may have a server cache active which can be causing this issue.
