Can't Click Level 1 Menu Items on Off-Canvas menu

This is probably something pretty simple. I'm unable to click on level 1 off-canvas menu items. The sub-menus work absolutely fine.

Ninja Can you try including the /~ and everything that follows afterwards in order to be able to view the site.

... and yes, this is only a mobile issue that I am having.

Ninja Unfortunately, I'm not having any success. I first deleted the RETURN and then I deleted the whole line.

I've decided to not use the Off-Canvas since I am having trouble however, I'm trying to get the Main Menu to show on the mobile.

I have enabled the "default Bootstrap collapse navigation for main navigation on small screens. " and then turned off the Off-Canvas in the template.

Is your site use server cache ?
I published menu module on off-canvas position but the changes are not showing.
Also there is no off-canvas menu found on your site to show this issue.

Yes you are correct Ninja. I had turned off the off-canvas due to the issue I was having and decided to go with the regular bootstrap menu.
