Can't select a new theme even though others are installed.

I have installed the Linear theme in DT Register and it shows up in the list when I go to the Themes tab. However I am unable to switch off of default to use this new theme. If I click on the linear text link next to the radio button I am taken to a page with this text only:

DT Register Linear theme comes with list layout, customized color theme and style to give different look and feel for DT Register pages, it also helps user to customize easier.

If I go back to the list and click the radio button next to the link there is nothing else for me to click to change it to the new theme.

Also tried clicking in the default column for linear but it did not do anything either.

Am I missing something?

maestroc . For menu Item you can choose theme too . I notice here https://registration.iamea.org/administrator/index.php?option=com_menus&view=item&client_id=0&layout=edit&id=399 . It is picking default dtregister theme
