Images not being resized - Mobile

Sorry to bother you again. I have several pages that are Category Descriptions. In the category description I have a header image. I noticed that these images are not being resized for mobile.

I'm suspecting it is due to the fact that I have added an image height and width. Would this be true?

I have added the URL in Site Information.

You are correct, remove width and height and you will see they will resize correctly on mobiles.
