504 Gateway time-out error

Hi all!
In my website https://www.ilclienteinrete.it recently I have a 504 gateway time-out error nginx.
This occurres after setting and using a SSL Lets Encrypt certificate. I asked at my hosting service OVH, but nothing as anormal said me.
In php panel, settings are: php 7.2.20 > App. FAST CGI by Apache.
Any suggests?!

Hi Saguaros, how are you?
I have 'random' 504 error issues: now I've added extra time to value in domain php settings > max_execution_time = 120, you can see connection with this website is so slow and 'blocked' some times...
I see there are some errors in db... I think I have to backup db before run 'fix'...
