Preselection Fields don´t work

These files are modified . And selected values shall be mentioned as index of value e.g. 0 => Ja and 1 => Nien .

example:
we have a drop down with values: Sector A Sector B Sector C Sector D Sector E Sector F Sector G
and we want to preselect Sector A, Sector C & Sector D
how to solve this?
