Ja Property questions - Pre sales

Hi, I would like to buy the template "ja-property"

I have a few questions about:
Question 1
I'm on the page: https://ja-property.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/properties/properties-grid#sort=position&sortdir=desc&attr.cat.value=15&page=1 and here I should see all the properties in the area of San Francisco. The advanced search says that there are 4 properties in the San Francisco area and shows them correctly on the right side of the page. The problem is that in the left part of the page, where I see the map, the properties are 5 and they belong to another area (see attachment)

Question 2
In the advanced search I see the entries "bathroom", "bedroom" ... can I add more? Such as "Garage", WiFi ", "heating type" and others?

Question 3
Is it possible to put in order the results according to "featured"? I would like that highlighted properties appear first (ordered by publication date) and then all the others. Is it possible?

Question 3
Is it possible to manage the zone fields in the search filter? For example ... I would like to disable the city field and condition it to region field. Once the user selects the region, the city field must be activated with all the places belonging to that particular region. It is provided?

I really like the template and I could decide to buy it, but I have to understand problem linked to the map and all the other functions I need.

1. The property items are 4 not 5, kindly check again, the same location is showing as 4.
2. You can add more custom fields in Articles http://prntscr.com/on9tei and configure the Megafilter to configure the new custom fields in search. for example here you can see more custom options : https://ja-property.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/properties#sort=position&sortdir=desc
3. Sorry its not supported, you need publish the filter to sort them http://prntscr.com/on9tux
4. Last question its not clear, if a filter is published on backend it will display, you can create different filter option in Megafilter. but if the filter is select to show, it will show the result, it not depend on other filter value.
5. You can add different type of filter http://prntscr.com/on9uem that can be selected for different Filter menu items.

In San Francisco I see 4 property:
Sunset Views from Grand Condo
Exceptional Architecture in Southampton
Modern Masterpiece on Gore Creek
Magnificent Beachfront Living in Shanghai

If you see the map (i attach) ... in map I see the property "Light Filled One Bedroom" located in Washington

Featured sort:
Can i set "featured" default and remove the "Select" option?

For sort and select i will check the possible option with dev and let you know.
For map, the result show in the right side, In map it shows all the location.
if you zoom out you can see other locations as well.

I checked it, You can remove the sort option, But make sure remove both options will make it empty, as there is nothing to sort.
