Main menu doesn´t work on Frontpage

Hi there,

i had installed the "writer" template on our productive Wesbsite "Grieskram.at".
We have 3 Problems.

1.) on the Frontpage the menue side don´t works. Only on "home" the slide menü do not open. On other subsites the menü works.

2.) The frontend eding window is to wide (the menü bar on the left side is over the editing window

3.) Frontend: i want work primary with Frontpage mode I , frontpage image overlay. The module "News Show Por" did not work like on the demo page. (the image shown first 200 px high and full width). After install and publish a second module on frontpage (portfolio grid) the image is shown higher but to large.

Please help.

Hi,

The problem comes from the module: JO Facebook Events Pro which loads another jQuery library and caused the conflict, the menu should be working now. Kindly check.

Do you have any idea about the frontpage modul with one article that shows in the moment not full pictured

hi aman. No Sorry. It doesn´t works. The image is not shown fully.
in the moment we have Homebutton linked to a k2 article.

The module that should start on frontpage is "Frontpage fixer Artikel" mod id: 123 (in the moment unpublished and with landscape picture - (its better in the moment but normaly in portrait format)
if a second module, like "Frontpage Alle Projekte", is published on same module position, the image shown bigger but not correctly.

i hope you can help.

You may check now. Have added suffix for specific itemid for home menu item in order to get the similar styling/layout for image as seen in demo site. Ref: Screenshot

Kindly ensure to clear your browser cache if changes arent reflecting

You may check now. For the readmore to redirect properly to specific article, The article assigned had to be linked to menu item which I have set as "hidden". In furtherance, You can assign specific modules to display for respective menu item titled Homepage . The steps outlined have also been given here

Similar solution has also been given here following almost similar relative issue being faced along with reasons given for such type of core joomla functioning
