Unable to change layout in template manager

I am upgrading a client's website (www.poplinhollowbaskets.com) from 2.5.28 to 3.9.10 (downloaded from Joomlart website), and they wanted to use the same template, JB_Corporate (not Corporation). I tried to modify module positions using the template manager but am unable to do so. The modules I wanted to modify weren't on the page where you could do so on a limited number of positions (image attached) and the documentation didn't look anything like what I installed for the new site (image attached). I was referred to the documentation in a response to an earlier post about this site, but the link was for Corporation, not Corporate. They may be similar, but not close enough for what I am trying to do. For instance I wanted to modify Module grid17-20 to fill the page width, or Module grid21-24 to fill the page width. I could use either space in the home page to create a layout of the store's categories in a grid format, but those positions do not even appear in the template manager to modify. The template manager does not show a layout image, just a list of modules with numbers to modify for a limited number of positions. Is there a way for me to change the layout? If so, where do I do it? This is very confusing to me.

Pls note that here are 2 different templates: Corporate and Corporation.

I checked backend of your site and you're using Corporate template and here is its documentation: http://docs.joomlabamboo.com/joomla-templates/2012-template/corporate-documentation.html and it's showing fine on your site.

While the screenshot you sent from this: http://docs.joomlabamboo.com/joomla-template/corporation/display is for Corporation template, which is newer template and built with Zen framework so it has layout manager like that.

Hope this makes senses.

I guess I wasn't very clear. I know the link is to the Corporation, but that was what I was sent to the last time I opened a ticket needing help with the current website's template. The current website is www.poplinhollowbaskets.com. However, the latest version of Corporate for the old Joomla version 2.x was totally different from Corporation and the Joomla 3.x version for Corporate.

I just need to know how to get the new site to have a Right module that will appear on the right side of the main content on all the pages after the homepage. I want the user to see the shopping cart at all times so they can easily add items. I do not want it to be at the bottom under the main content, but that is all that works right now. Please just tell me how to make this happen.

I've attached a screenshot of what I want I need to fix, what I have in the poplinhollowbaskets.com site now, and what the documentation says you referred me to. None of them match and I don't know how to make the dev site (using Joomla 3.9.10) look like the current site which is using Joomla 2.5.28. I really hope I've made it clearer now. I'm dealing with two versions of Joomla, a new site and an old site, and the template manager for each is different of course, and the documentation is not what matches either of these for Corporate. Corporation is what I was referred to in an earlier ticket, and that was NOT what I needed, I know that.

It is difficult to type all this up, I know it's confusing at your end to read too. But I really need to know how to make the module positions work in the new dev site, and the documentation for it does not exist.

I have the issue resolved. I created a new template version just for the store, made the changes to the column count, and it is working. I'm not sure why it is working now and not before, but sometimes you just have to go back to square 1 and start over.

I just need my other ticket answered now about the icons. It is still open from the same day I created this ticket. Thank you.
