Can't add background image in JA Countdown

I am having trouble adding a background image in the JA Countdown module. When I select the file and click insert, nothing happens. (/images/Parede.jpeg)

ps: I didn't find TAG for JA Countdown.

Hi,

Something causes conflict with JA Admin template on your site, I just tried to switch admin template to ISIS template and was able to add the background image for JA Count down module.

Kindly check.
