I don´t understand, because I cannot access the site normally after installation, as in any other template, I get this notice and I don´t understand what is to be done.

Can you submit a temp super user login in Edit fields option for staff , and share the steps to replicate this issue.
It look like there is redirection on the server.

You can access admin panel of your site > navigate to AcyMailing configuration page > look for the parameter "Allowed domains for the redirection via the module" and set to all
If you do not want to use it, you can disable or remove the component from Extensions > Manage in Joomla admin.

I found it too complicated, I changed my template and this new one works normally.

I would like to give an opinion: The JA MONO template really pleased me to use it, but that complexity that others do not have disappointed me, I hope that the Joomlart team will review it and in the future it will work like the others.

This issue is not from template , Acymail extension has own configuration, that need to be applied. If you do not want acymailing module you can unpublish it and there will be no error.
This is not related with the template configurations.
