Problem with ja social feed - facebook

Hi,
I have purchased an extension subscription but am unable to post in the forum for the extension? (so I am posting here?)
I have successfully installed ja social feed and established the connection with facebook - but no posts are being generated.
If I use the plugin to run the cron, I get the following message:
"Source : facebook
Profile Default
DONE"
What am I missing?

As i can see you have not yet done and new channel for it but you are using joomlart app.

Thank you for your help.
If I click to add a new profile, it asks me for the name of the new profile, but doesn't save it.
If I try to remove the Joomlart profile, it doesn't save the change.
I feel stuck!

Hi ecweb

First to debug which could be the reason update your php version to a more recent, you are running on a 5.4 release, same for joomla version, update it.

Also it seems that you have no rights to add new settiings look at all the 403 errors coming on your pages, maybe you should have a look at your admin tools settings first.
