Ok - I have been slack with this website.

I have done some clearing up of old files, database tables, and updated everything.

But when I go into the Corporate template and make any changes and then try and compile it/or save template it never does - I can walk away for hours and it is still compiling LESS to CSS.

What would cause this? Is there something I should look at?

I would need to create 2 logins for you as am using sitelock to create a splash page for the site, then I would need to create a superuser.

UPDATE:

This is using the flatsalmon theme. If I change to another theme, it changes the front end. And it now seems to compile ok., change back to Flat Salmon theme, it now compiles, but won't show the image background?

Have CTRL refreshed screen - nothing.

    You can share the credentials of your site eg: URL + admin + ftp account so I can take a look

      I have deleted the template and reintsalled it - it seems to compile now BUT doesnt seem to do anything. I am wanting the site to look like the demo site, which uses the Flat Salmon theme. I choose the theme, and then Save and Compile. Seems to work ok as in I choose the theme and click on the compile button. I click SAVE or Save and CLOSE to get out of the template. Nothing on the front end seems to change. And then when I go back into the template, the theme revers back to the blues theme. Really annoying. Not sure if its a cache thing but I clear the cache, CTRL-F5 - but no change.

      How do I send you the sign-in without making it public.

      On the Joomla Bamboo site, it says zengrid framework 4 applies to the corporation website. Can't see this installed anywhere - found zengrid framework 5, but have disabled that. Also, on joomlart website, there is no zengrid framwork v4 for download - so am a little confused - whether this has an affect on the issue or not.

        sorry yes - its the Jb Corporation template - didn't see that there was an older corporate template.

        All of this relates to the JB Corporation - so not sure if you can move to the correct forum.

        I am almost at the point of having to start from scratch as just can't get the template on my site to match and work like the quickstart for corporation at all. Prefer not to. Weird also with site down for maintenance - I can login if using chrome, but cant login using firefox.

          If I try and compile the corporation template, as soon as you save and close the template in the admin, the theme changes from flatsalmon which is what I want back to blues theme - it stays on the flatsalmon theme if I choose it then compile - but as long as I don't save and close the template its ok.

          Also, the image is not appearing at the top - even in the blues theme, if I add a background image and then compile, it just keeps compiling to less. Happens in both chrome and firefox. Happens when I try to add a background image in any of the themes.

          Set up corporation on the same server in a seperate folder, and everything works fine - difference being I installed the quickstart pacakge, whereas my main website only has the template installed.

            Not sure - never have used ftp - how is this setup as in where would you need to upload files? I will need to ask my host how to do this.
