Showcase videos don't work in phones browsers

Hello,
I am not complaining about how the template being simply different by being responsive. I am complaining about the showcase when using videos -youtube-. It works perfectly when using PC browsers, but when using phones, videos don't appear, just an empty space. I renewed my subscription because I wanted what your template provides.

Same issue, the video work perfect on Pc, but on mobile it just a fix picture.
the demo on joomlart is same, video not work on mobile as well.

Kindly open a new post for the topic and submit all details and site login for staff in Edit fields ,as in this topic you can not submit the login as its open by a different user.
