I have set up a new Joomla installation. After that I installed the template Ja Mono without sample data. I also installed the Ja PAge Builder. Unfortunately this does not work. How can I change this?

Hi, Unfortunately, it doesn't work. In another installation the PageBuilder works. Same provider, same browser etc. Details see private fields. The url called is completely different.
leseliese Could you clarify this issue in more details? how it doesn't work? because, I just edited the 'test' page in JA Builder > added a header block > publish the page and it's showing fine.
