Conflict between JA Extension Manager and ZOO (by Yootheme)

We use JA Extension Manager 2.6.5 and ZOO 3.3.35.

Both Components create a class FileSystemHelper that results in a fatal error when we open the JA Extension Manager.

Fatal error: Cannot declare class FileSystemHelper, because the name is already in use in [PATH_TO_JOOMLA]/administrator/components/com_jaextmanager/lib/jaupdater/core/helper/FileSystemHelper.php on line 20

Would it be possible for you to rename your class (maybe JAFileSystemHelper) so both components can work properly?
