This template is built with Bootstrap 3, if you want to hide a specific module on a specific screen, you can use module class suffix: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/3.4/css/#responsive-utilities
For example, go to a module backend settings > Advanced tab (normally this tab) > Module Class Suffix option and add class hidden-lg to hide module in large screen.
