HTTP link in Framework causing CSS issues on site

Firefox and Chrome have been blocking some of the CSS on my site, so the formatting is all off. After using the Why No Padlock site to check what the issue is, I found that the URLs linking to the T3 Framework style sheets on my site are using "http" rather than "https." This is causing many browsers to block the content from these CSS sheets. How can I change these links to https? I am on version 2.7.6.

https protocol is managed by your hosting provider not by joomla, you should ask them how to enable https on your website.

pavit thank you for the response. I host the website on my own server. I have enabled https protocol and it does actually redirect to https in my browser for the site overall. However, it's the links in the source code of the template framework that are http. I am not able to change them. Here is an example of the type of error I've been getting:

A style-sheet with an insecure url of "http://stregis-stl.com/t3-assets/css_ea59b.css" was loaded on line: 17 of https://www.stregis-stl.com/index.php/the-neighborhood.

After you switched to https protocol you should delete t3-assets files and generate again optimized files, T3-assets folder stores optimized files, so it needs to be generated again, i looked also to other errors and it seems you added some url for your images with http protocol.

pavit thanks again for the reply. Do you have any documentation on this? I'm not sure quite what you mean by generating optimized files.
