Some registrations do not record, some notification emails not being received
I reported this error already 3 weeks ago. But support could not find anything. It only happens randomly. But of course this is a terrible error.

No, the error of someone registering, and us not getting the registration and it not being recorded in the backend, was with 3.2.3 (and earlier, I believe). We received the payment, but no registration!
4.2.4 was another issue, entirely. With 4.2.4, no one could register because each time they typed anything in the email field of the registration form, it would error out.
saguaros you already have my ticket from 3 weeks before. This error let us step away from your software. It is one of some many fatal errors during the last months. We paid a lot of money and we are really disappointed from this extension. Now we are using a simple booking system that works well!
Just happened again yesterday. Payment received for a registration but NO registration received and no notification emails. Add details to my ticket. This is bad! For one event we recently opened registration for, we have received 12 payments but only 10 registrations. Somehow, DT Register is NOT LOGGING/RECORDING the registrations at times even though the payments are received. I am getting multiple reports from registrants asking about their registration because they are not always receiving any confirmation email. These same issues have been lurking around for a long time and then they seem to be resolved then another update comes out and the issues come back. I am running 3.2.3 because 3.2.4 won't let anyone register. :-(
Please do more in-depth testing - two clients reporting it is no coincidence. I'm concerned for my clients when I hear about things like this.
Anyone who has experienced this, please do whatever you can to document the exact steps to replicate it if possible. They can be much more responsive with screenshots and detailed steps to help them pinpoint issues, and always respond promptly - at least in my experience.
When a customer reports something to me, I test extensively myself before reporting it so that I can accumulate enough data for them to be able to take corrective action.
As frustrated as I've been with DT Register in the past year, it's still the most versatile - I've tested other, more "sleek" solutions, but they always fall short in some other way that upsets the users.
Thank you,
Ernie
I did some debugging on www.aimcomm.org . Find that registration was empty . Event was individual but debug details shows it was group registration .Need exact steps to replicate it .
