hi, it is from yesterday 17/08/2019 that the extension ja_extention_manager does not log in despite being the correct username and password. are you aware of this inconvenience? when will it be solved?

Tested right now my account and it works fine, please share your website url back end page and a super user account to access it, we will make tests and answer with a solution.

ja extention manager was already updated to version 2.6.5, however I tried again but nothing has changed

I would like to point out that this problem occurs on all my remote and local sites (localhost).

If JAEM was correctly updated using a different account that means 2 things
1) You are using a wrong account.
2) Your extension is not allowed to be updates like Ja_Builder for example.

forse non ci siamo capiti. ho una decina di siti web che tutti in una volta hanno il problema di non riuscire a fare il login al server update di joomlart.com senza che sia cambiato alcunchè. ripeto, username e password sono corretti (vedi immagine postata precedentemente)

the only thing changed in all the sites is having done the update to joomla 3.9.11

Sorry for this inconvenience. We are testing further right now to find the problem with your login and will update your with solution asap.

UPDATE: Apparently our update server was temporarily down for everyone which was why you couldn't login at all. It is fixed now and you can use JAEM to update no problem.
A new JA password was sent to your email so please check your inbox.
