This is really strange? In the past you guys were able to get access to other domains that we submitted in previous tickets? Is there any other way you guys would be able to access the site? I have just spoken to my Hosting Provider and they stated that there is no restrictions on the domain. I basically unzipped the Quickstart package I downloaded from Joomlart, there are no additional plugins or components installed. What is going on?
I do have to mention that the website is in a sub directory named 'dev', would this be the cause? In any case, I've sent your ip address to our hosting provider to see if they are blocking it or if anything else is wrong.
