Can´t use page builder

Hello,
I´m using the JA mason template horizontal menu light version. Ja page builder comes pre installed.
I´m trying to create a page but i do not get any "edit this page" buttons or anything. just an empty template page:

any suggestions on how to "activate" page builder?

If i understood correctly you need basic instructions on how to build new pages and add them to menu items

Thank you but no.

I press the "new page" button from the Ja Builder menu.

In the new page options I fill out all the required fields and then I save it.

I get taken back to the list of all pages created.

I click on the orange button which reads "live edit"

A new tab opens up with an empty template page. Empty as in no content block.

I don´t see any add elements or edit page buttons as described in the manuals.

Never mind.
The issue fixed itself.
now when I press "live edit" I get the page builder loading and all the menus and templates.
I didn´t do anything different. I couldn´t tell you what the issue was.
