Optimize css and js

Hi,

I took the steps as mentioned in this video – https://www.joomlart.com/video-tutorials/t3-framework/optimize-css-and-js
however, after taking the steps mentioned in the video, the front end of the site is not opening.

Please let me know - how to solve this issue.

Also, please find the admin details in the edit fields.

This is a joomla issue , your gzip page compression is causing this, i disabled it for now and website is back

After I enabled - optimize CSS and JS - the site is not opening.

Also, I wanted to enable the GZip compression file - but you have mentioned that only after disabling it - the front end of the site works. So please let me know - what is the way out - so that even after enabling the gzip compression - the front end of the site works.

Problem is not related to the template or any extension, it is due to your gzip page compression, it is a joomla problem and not a joomlart issue, i switched template to your default menu item to joomla protostar template and issue is occurring the same.

Hope this clarify this situation.

But, my default template is Socialize.

At the backend - it is showing that it is set to socialize template for all the pages - http://prntscr.com/oycsmn
However, on the frontend - the website is loading socialize template.

Request you to please look into this matter.

Prototostar template is used to test the site issue, if issue remain same with default Joomla template, this means the problem is not from template side.

about the gzip compression you can ask your hosting provider if the hosting already have gzip compression on server, there is no need to enable it via Joomla as its already enabled on your server. If issue remain same you can post the issue on Joomla forum, as the problem is with Joomla and hosting.

To cross check the issue - please try to login with the admin credentials.

Please check and fix the login so i can make test for the login.
Compression option only minimize the load of file, so different file compress to a single file and load fast.

Yes, this is what I wanted to convey - after inserting the login credentials - it is not logging in.The page refreshes without logging in.

Login issue is not from template, is Joomla backend login that now allow to login me.
Optimize css is only for template pages on frontend.

On frontend i am getting error on wrong login details. please check.

I am not sure what changes has been applied on your Joomla, as backend login issue is not related with template compression. Joomla admin use core templates that comes with Joomla.
I found a similar topic on Joomla forum as you are facing and it can be due to different reasons as stated here https://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?t=929233

You can apply the suggestion give on Joomla forum for the backend login issue. if issue remain same i suggest you to open a thread on Joomla forum as its something wrong with your installed Joomla.

The only way to restore your super user account is via database, we cannot act directly on users databases, you will need to restore your account for some reason you disabled before, using steps described on this tutorial
As already mentioned above css and js optimizations are not related in any way to accounts managements so this forum is not the right place where you can ask for help on this matter, regarding your issues with gzip compression when enabled crashes your website as i already answered it is not a template issue but it is core joomla issue, in both cases you should ask for help on joomla forum , www.joomla.org
