Cookie Consent hiding under left navigation bar in GK Writer -Template

I use the Cookie Consent Banner on my webpage with GKWriter Template. The problem is > in small viewports (on handy e.g.) a part of the Cookie-Banner hides under the fixed left navigation bar. No matter which cookie-banner-position I choose, the left part of the banner is hidden ...

Is there a workaround? Thank you for any help an best regards!

Just found out that this is working, too, if anyone should have some problems with popups or banners or ... in general. It addresses the navigation bar instead of the banner >>
