To create a multi lang. site in Joomla, you have to create Menu, article, module , template style for each language.
Kindly create two Main menu for EN and FR
now you have to use 2 different template style assigned to these menu items.
So in EN template style you can choose EN menu to show.
This way it will work. at the moment your have both menu in main menu and no menu item set for default Home for each language.

i checked the site but still the menu items are not added.

You need to two add two Main menu on site.
Main menu EN (only EN menu item in this menu)
Main menu FR ( only FR menu items in this menu)

Main menu ( it will have only default home menu)

Kindly create these menu and move the EN and FR menu items.

After that open EN template style and select Main Menu EN in navigation http://prntscr.com/ozkdyh
assign it to EN menu items

Do the same for FR language.

when I'm connect in http://insul-air.re/fr/ BUT when I'm connect on http://insul-air.re/en/ my menu don't appear.

And My module language change don't appear too.

ludo974 Hi. There is no way to have one homepage sheared via different languages. Whatever the language is discovered by browser or set as default will be the one whose homepage will be used.

There is an easier way to build multilanguage site. You may construct separate menu for each language, than have a copy of template style assigned to a different language with a selection to correct language menu menu.

Or You can make it even simplier and use Falang component, have one menu and just translate everything to use one content.

As i can see your menu items are correctly switched to respective languages, regarding modules you should assign to them the language where you want to have them showing, if you have 1 module and you want to show it on both pages then assign languages all to it and in page assignments tabs assign it to both menu languages items, if you indeed want to show a module in french language then assign to it the french language and in page assignemnts publish it in french menu items, same for other languages modules.
