image title and alt tag

Is there a way to define image title and alt tag on images used in JA builder?

may i know the Block name on which you would like to do this.
As some of blocks does not have the options, you can give me detail of block, so i can check it with development team on this.

1st page (accueil) -> on Header (logo), Hero 5.1 (title tag is missed)
2nd page (A propos) -> on Header (logo), Feature Intro 7.1, Feature Intro 7.2, Feature Intro 8.1 (title tag is missed)
3rd page (Consultation en ligne) -> on Header (logo), Feature Intro 6, Feature Intro 12.1 (title tag is missed), Hero 2.1 (title tag is missed)
4th page ( Cours en ligne) -> on Header (logo), Hero 2.2 (title tag is missed)

Logo has the title options.
For background imags there is title options.

For the image that loads as normal block image there is option for ALT tag : http://prntscr.com/p41vmm

I will share the feedback to concern team on this. For background it may not possible as image style use a background style.
