Hello,
After an upgrade to latest version of Joomla the promo bar when full width is locked in position and ' hitting control button ' does not hide the bar.
Any suggestions?

    Most probably this is due to a js conflict, could you please share also a super user account to your back end so we can look at your settings.

            Issue is from System - Shack Cookies Restrict plugin.
            Disable the plugin it and check.

                pavit locked the discussion.
