Hello dear team,
please could you help us, we got an error on setting paid status in backend, and invoices are not sended.
1) If a new user register on the frontend, and when he have paid, we go into the backend and change only the paid-status from "pending" to "active", and the paid status fom "no" to "yes, and add the amount paid sum. Clicking on save --> error comes: 1062 Duplicate entry " for key 'invoice_number'
How to reproduce the error:
Backend - DT-Register - Records - drop down "Select Events" - 1.entry "Fachtagung (Nov 9,2019)" - 3. registrant "Sylvia Bönnhoff" - try to change "Paid" from "No" to "Yes" -->
error comes: "1062 Duplicate entry " for key 'invoice_number'"
(Interestingly, it seems to change the status on the previous site, on site refresh.)
2) 2nd problem - invoice not sended:
Normally, if a user registered, he get an confirmation-mail, and after we confirmed the payment in the backend, the user got automatically an invoice. Now the confirmation is still sended ok, but he got no invoice anymore (after payment confirmation from us).
