How do I change the backroung page color of a single page in Church Light?

In simple, the whole page - ever section of one particular menu item.
In other words, all sections at once.

I can resolve the background color issue myself with a little help. I realize I only have one problem. The Template Configuration "Theme Specific" item isn't updating and taking the changes I'm making. I've emptied my browser cache. How do I resolve this?
