Hi, I created 2 new columns in Section-4 (demo template) but how to name them so they show up in the module positions in the backend? (Section-4-2 & Section-4-2). Love to see some video tutorials about T4 soon about this kind of items.

Yes, but still “none” as name. So you can’t choose that position after you created a new module.
Gutshot Hi Open file "/templateDetails.xml" in template "t4_blank". Define a name of module position. Now select the position in layout options http://prntscr.com/p3meiz Now you can publish the module on that position.
