Floating menu possible?

Hello 🙂

Is it possible to have a floating menu in JA Morgan?
Logo-text with slogan remain above the menu and shouldn't be part of the floating menu.

    width: 100%;
    z-index: 99;
}

I think more of the look and feel related to the menu in the JA Insight template.

Normal state:
Text + Slogan
Menu

After scrolling:
Menu at the top

Abut JA Insight it does use sticky menu https://ja-insight.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/
The layout and style is different in each template

this is a half-baked solution.
works in Firefox, doesnt work in IE.
