Accessibility settings for JA Builder

Hello

I host a few public sector websites in the UK so they need to be fully accessible.
I have tried changing the browser font (in Chrome) to see if the font changes and it seems to be OK with other templates, but it does not change when I am browsing one of my sites built using Page Builder.

Please can you advise how I can make my Page Builder sites fully accessible.
