Guru Pro is a Premium extension and required an Active Paid membership for download and support.
As i checked your profile does not have any membership that indicates you downloaded it from our side.
Kindly subscribe for Guru Pro membership or repost the thread with Membership account that you used to download Guru pro.
As per support policy, only active members can get support for premium products.
