hey i have isuue in level2 in menu (in mobile)
its open its 1 sec its close . after its close its not open again

On your site you are not using the Menu feature offered by T3, in your screencast and site its custom built menu.
Sorry We do not provide support for custom built features.
Support is limited to bug fixes for free products.
You can try the Megamenu and Off-canvas menu to get the sidebar on site that is core feature.
Also use latest version of template and T3 framework.
