If you are a teacher you can login on frontend > Teacher login and see the students in teacher dashboard.

OK thanks. I found it but I see a problem with subscription time. I'm a teacher, I have 5 students. One student bought subscriptions for a year and four other students for 1 month. Now that I've checked everyone manually, I can see that most have subscription time for unlimited time (4 students) and only one student has a valid subscription time - 1 month. 4 students have a mistake. Their subscription time is over yet but still they have access to the course - Expire: Never (Unlimited).
I wanted to check it because one of the students reported to me that he had bought subscriptions for 1 month and had received an email saying that he had unlimited access to the course. Student logging after subscription has expired, also worried me. When I checked it now, it is confirmed. There are errors in subscription plans. Please check and provide a solution to the issue.
Done. I provided 4 student users with incorrect subscription times. Of course, I do not know the passwords for their student login, I only know their names.

If you want to reset the subscription of students.
Open Guru > students > manage students > reset the course of these students.
Now you can add subscription again from Finance > order tab and create order for the students again.

Thats not the case, it required to check the problem , as if there is issue, it will be same for all students, not for specific student for subscription.

After payment, the order in "My orders" page seems to be ok:

Unfortunately I can not replicate the issue for that students. I need to know one student name, and order ID for that student (if there are multiple orders from one single student), and maybe that student can tell you the steps that made to replicate the issue.
