It seems you are not following the steps.
You must need to configure the JA Extension manager first with your Joomlart login password and there is no need to upload template in JA extension manager as there is option for live update.

Share the error if you are getting any after configure JAEM.

I am tired of this issue. I takes me hours to simply upgrade to newer version, while other extentions gets updated in second!!! Ether you fix it now, or return money, I will get template form easysocial!

Joomla updates can not update template its only for notifications, if you already updated template and the notification still showing, its due to cache, you can clear the cache and it will be removed.

Kindly provide the required details so we are able to help you.

Iam enetring the same credentials and save password to aIm using on joomla art website, but there but it doe snot work.

and agian this is the first time AIm having this kind of complications for 2 weeks to simply upadate th component. I do tno want to deal with this any more.. I would rather cancel and switch to the diffrent temaplte. it is not worth it.

Kindly be patience, You pasted the issue on 18Sept. And i asked submit information after next day to check admin. I got admin login information today from you.

Also in your screenshot the error you shared is not from JAEM it only Joomla update error. JAEM is not cofigured et with Joomlart account.

Allow me to reset your Joomlart password and will put this information as in the given steps.

The new password is same as your site password you added, i sent it via Email too.
You can update the template now http://prntscr.com/pbjizk

Take a backup of site as you have not updated template from long time. Also take backup of custom changes.
Update will override the template files.
