Our refund policy only covers up to 7 days after purchase. As you made your purchase nearly 1 month ago (09/18/19), you are no longer eligible for refund request.
In this thread our staff Pankaj has alway been following you up properly, there was never an instance where he ignored your replies and he even offered to assist you personally via Skype. So I think it might not be fair that you deemed his effort as very bad support.
As refund is not an option, we will continue to provide support with the whatever issue you have. Please trust that we are determined to assist until all your problems are solved.
