Cannot toggle a 'Mootools library on pages - state' field to disabled.

I have been experimenting and enabled something on the GK News 2 Template, but cannot now disable it.
Every time I select disable and then save it, it reverts back to enabled.

Any idea how to disable it?

I am in 'Templates:Edit style' and then in the features tab. Then selected it as you can see in the attached file.

martin691 Hi. This option is only for rule creation. It has no impact on any seetings it the ItemID and a button to Add rule is hit. System will not remember the last position of this field since it's not a setting of a template.
