Nothing else different from what you are already doing.
What i meant to say is that template was developed and released without ja acm modules in it, so if you want to add a new feature to your template adding your own customized ja acm module, you will need to install it from scratch and then add the ACM folder as described into the documentation url i posted above - then you can start to customize files to adapt the new ja acm module to your template style.
