H1 in home

Why are the titles h3? and why the main title does not appear in h1? How can I choose the h2-h6 from the main page?

If you want to change from H3 to H1 edit this file /templates/ja_mono/acm/features-intro/tmpl/style-1.php and change
<h3 class="feature-title"><?php echo $helper->get('data.title', $i) ?></h3>
change to :
<h1 class="feature-title"><?php echo $helper->get('data.title', $i) ?></h1>

I already did what you said and the changes look like I wanted to, but how can you make the title a h1, as you can see in the image the main title is just a text but I would like it to be a h1

The Module title use H3 as there are multiple module used on site and there will be may H1 tags if you use H1.
Joomla Page heading use the Heading 1 tag.
you can enable the Page heading from Menu item > Page display option.

If you want any of the Title to be H1, kindly let me know, I will give the exact changes for that.

I would like the title "Somos Certero, Agencia de Marketing Digital." to be h1, the names of the modules are h2 and the titles that are already within each module but on the home page are h3

You can find all the Module ACM files in template folder /acm/tmpl/
Example for CTA module
open \acm\cta\tmpl\style-1.php
Find

 <div class="cta-heading">
      <?php echo $ctaHeading; ?>
    </div>

replace it with

 <h1 class="cta-heading">
      <?php echo $ctaHeading; ?>
    </h1>
