cannot install component, plugin

Hi,
I cannot install any component nor plugin trough web installer. I reinstaled Joomla, cleared cache etc, but "install button" is not working. In console is giving error :
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'value' of undefined
at Object.Joomla.submitbutton5 (client.min.js?a90d40a22a816b469192fe03aad25eee:1)
at HTMLInputElement.onclick (index.php?option=com_installer&view=install:779)

Upload is working, but "web installer" is not.

This is a pretty joomla core feature, ( installer plugins ) it has nothing to do with template itself, you can ask directly on joomla.org forum regarding this problem.
