They also say that they can't get to the Individual/Group option (the first step), but I cannot duplicate that except on Internet Explorer (and some might be using that).
Thank you,
Ernie

I am no Joomla Expert but an experienced Business person I empathize so I want to make a suggestion of what you can do, while you wait for an official response. I gather from what you said that PayPal is working fine, except that the customer is expecting a familiar screen. I would place specific instructions on the website itself to aid the customers; observe the steps you are taking to successfully test PayPal and provide guidance for them to be successful, without being too wordy.
gslitt91 I installed the file, but the radio buttons still do not show up. What "other browser" are you referring to? The radio buttons are not showing up on Chrome or Brave.
Oddly (but thankfully), I see the radio buttons on Edge and Internet Explorer but NOT on Chrome or Brave.
Thank you,
Ernie
This website client has now reported TWO cases where someone paid with PayPal - and showed the PayPal receipt - but the transaction was not recorded in DT Register. Both cases were on September 9th. I think I might have updated this site with the 4.2.4 version with the patches on the morning of September 20th - so maybe this issue was fixed, but according to the 4.2.6 blog post, that was listed as an issue you fixed in 4.2.5.
As indicated, installing 4.2.6 early yesterday morning resulted in a complete crashing of the DT Register process - the registration page would not display, and there were wide white space gaps throughout the page. I just tried to install 4.2.6 again and it is indeed not loading on the Registration page - virtually everything fails to load except the menu and the footer.
I don't know if this is a conflict with the template (it's a RocketTheme template and it IS current), or a conflict with another extension - when I inspect the page, it does not show anything but the HTML for the menu and footer and basic page layout.
Bottom line: this client's DT Register installation is a mess - I have not heard a lot of reports from other clients, but if they're not reconciling the DT Register records against their PayPal account, they wouldn't know - there are just too many issues with DT Register for me to continue using it, but this is the biggest event of the year for most of my clients, and I'm going to have to offer them something else if DT Register is going to continue to release all kinds of new and unexpected problems.
I appreciate your quick responses and fixes, but I just can't afford to be spending untold hours with investigations, testing, and patching - and STILL not satisfying the customer.
Thank you,
Ernie
Update: I'm upgrading websites to Joomla 3.9.12. A few sites do not have any events, but I have DT Register installed. I tested one site with DT Register 4.2.6 successfully - that site uses a different RocketTheme template than most of my other websites.
I then upgraded a website that uses the same RocketTheme template as the website identified in this post (Voxel Responsive 1.12 - current version) and that site is returning the same results as this website. So it seems that DT Register 4.2.6 is incompatible with the RocketTheme Voxel Responsive 1.12 template.
Unfortunately, nearly ALL my client websites are built with the Voxel Responsive template, so I cannot upgrade any of them.
All my sites use RocketTheme templates. It seems that the Voxel template is the only one I use that is incompatible with DT Register (so far). I can test a few other sites after their annual major event is completed.
Meanwhile, I don't know what you're capable of doing in terms of identifying what the incompatibility issue is. I can't replace the templates on two-dozen websites - that would be very disruptive to my clients and would take me over a week to do properly.
I hope this sheds some light on the issue.
Thank you,
Ernie
Sorry for late reply . Checked solution for radio button issue . Not able to use extplorer on this site .So Attaching you the file here . Path of file is plugins\system\ja_payment\tmpl\form.php.
gslitt91 Is this issue resolved in DT Register 4.2.6? I'm planning to migrate the website to a Gantry 5 template this weekend because of the DT Register 4.2.6 conflict (and I need to move all my sites to Gantry 5 leading up to Joomla 4). Also, their big event is now over, so I have a little flexibility.
My hope is that DT Register 4.2.6 resolves ALL the previous issues, and is compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer and Edge (even though they aren't the most popular, some of my clients still use them).
Thank you,
Ernie
