Hi,

After updating Joomla to version 3.9.12, I got:

Warning
Refresh Manifest Cache failed: PLG_ACTIONLOG_JOOMLA Extension is not currently installed.
Refresh Manifest Cache failed: PLG_SYSTEM_ACTIONLOGS Extension is not currently installed.
Joomla Version Update Status

Your site has been updated. Your Joomla version is now 3.9.12.

Any ideas?

It is because such extensions doesn't have anymore any website update server active, try to refresh update sites
